Mary is a young girl being raised by her father after her mother’s death the year before. She decides she has put up with her father’s abuse long enough and chooses to run away from home. Only through the kindness of a stranger does she start to head down the path of change. Will she succeed in freeing herself from her abusive past or will she be dragged back by her enraged father?
